Hidden in this rock is a brick unlike any other. If you know the difference between a braille brick and a classic LEGO brick, you’ll find it. It’s the Gold Nugget!

The adult prepares

1 baseplate

10 classic 2×4 LEGO bricks

1 letter brick G

1 bowl
Build a construction around the letter brick G, using the 10 classic 2×4 LEGO bricks.
The children play

The child removes the bricks one by one to find the ‘Gold Nugget’: the LEGO Braille Brick inside the rock.

They place the classic bricks in the bowl…

… and attach the ‘Gold Nugget’ to the baseplate.
Facilitation tips

Let the children choose the treasure to be found and change the letter brick accordingly (G for Gold nugget / D for diamond / C for chocolate etc.)

Change the number or shape of LEGO bricks.

Increase the number of Gold Nuggets.
